Adjust your Training to HER Cycle

This session gives an overview of the menstrual cycle, explaining how hormonal fluctuations impact the body, and how adjustments to exercise programming can optimise performance and best support the body throughout the 4-week cycle.
It will highlight specific programme adjustments for both personal training and small group exercise, providing exercise professionals with practical tools to help clients manage their exercise routines in alignment with the menstrual cycle.
