The Activate Mobility Method

“Tightness is secondary to weakness.” This session explains ‘tightness’ as the body’s protective mechanism, preventing movement into ranges where weakness and lack of control are present. Rather than relying on temporary fixes like stretching or release techniques, this session will teach you to address the root cause: weakness.

Participants will learn how to activate underperforming muscles, restore functional mobility, and build lasting strength. By focusing on developing sustainable mobility and reinforcing muscle stability, this session will equip you with the tools to create strong, resilient bodies capable of supporting optimal movement patterns and performance.

Learning Outcomes:
– Understand how tightness is a protective response to weakness and how improving stability enhances mobility.
– Learn efficient methods to assess range of motion in the trunk and pelvis.
– Develop the skills to perform targeted muscle tests for identifying trunk and pelvis misalignment patterns.
– Gain practical knowledge in performing motor activation techniques to restore function and control.

Intermediate – All welcome, foundational knowledge recommended.
