Breathing for Success

This practical session unpacks functional breathing methods, teaching you how to assess your own breath, and identify dysfunctional breathing patterns. Exploring the applied biomechanics of the breath, you will locate areas of the body that most affect breathing, and learn how breath impacts tissue – both immediately, and over time. This learning will be implemented, in a toolbox of techniques sourced from global experts to instantly change breathing patterns, impacting your immediate experience and long-term health. Specific applications include: reducing the stress response, enhancing energy, and improving sleep.
