Through innovative unilateral and bilateral movements, you’ll combine cardiovascular and stabilisation exercises to create balanced, high-impact workouts. The aqua session is 1 hour long, with 45 minutes spent in the pool and the last 15 minutes for discussing the session, warming up in the spa, or getting changed.

Intermediate – All welcome, foundational knowledge recommended.
