Session Type: Exercise Prescription
For most of our waking hours we’re upright and bipedal, so it makes sense that to build a strong, functional core, we should train in upright, standing positions. This session will introduce the concepts of 'Warding' and 'Palloff' patterns, as well as exploring other ways to creatively engage the core musculature whilst standing, teaching you how to make core work more relevant, as well as fun and engaging.
